When attempting to scan gta_sa.exe with SHA1 3f71bd09d508bcd8b729092bfa4fd38d661bbf27, the tool throws an exception: [Exception opening file, please try again], even though the file is openable and not blocked by Windows Defender.

Originally created by @CookiePLMonster on GitHub (Jul 29, 2022). When attempting to scan `gta_sa.exe` with SHA1 `3f71bd09d508bcd8b729092bfa4fd38d661bbf27`, the tool throws an exception: `[Exception opening file, please try again]`, even though the file is openable and not blocked by Windows Defender.
