Frankly, seems to me that they're not counting their DRM as DRM, but are forced to admit to containing DRM to Steam.....? So it's "DRM free! There is an activation limit, but like you can reactive them as many times as you like so it's not really DRM!", I think. Will leave this open until I can confirm for sure.
