Seeing as this is the only game from this developer on Steam (haven't checked anywhere else though), and it isn't even released yet, you may have just managed to open an issue for a DRM that hasn't even come out yet 😉

The Russian translates to "One activation, on one computer, on one account" according to Google, which seems awfully fucking stingy. Guess we'll have to see if it's just an existing DRM, or if it's something made by the devs themselves.
