Apologies for the lack of info; I can't really figure out what's wrong with it, and it seems like it'd require specific knowledge of GCF files(?) which I don't have, so I at least wanted to create an issue for it rather than forget.

The file in question comes from /Extras/LiteServer/Enemy Territory - QUAKE Wars(TM) Lite Server.msi
