Merged: Yes

Significantly improve many things relating to Rainbow Sentinel, including adding support for detecting new versions and new supported platforms. Also adding support for detecting Rainbow NetSentinel, which is seemingly a separate but related DRM. There are still many improvements possible, but those will come in a later PR.
