MPF/DIC doesn't detect StarForce protections while dumping these two games.

@Bigmanjapan I notice that for both of those discs, they have to be installed before those files exist. It is far more likely that BurnOutSharp doesn't support the installer format that's being used rather than the extracted files not being scanned properly.
If you can please use the standalone WIP version of BurnOutSharp and scan the installed folders and not the disc, I would appreciate it.
