* Fuck Macrovision

* Port SafeCast/SafeDisc checks to Macrovision sub-protections.

* Move generic checks into the main Macrovision checks.

* Add basic detection for FLEXnet.

* Add C-Dilla notes.

* Add TODO's for porting CactusDataShield.

* Address PR comments
