Discs with SmartE cannot be dumped with the /sf flag. Consider moving the (optional) copy protect check to before the dump so that if the results contain SmartE on any files, then remove the /sf flag from being used. If copy protect scan is disabled, then it will be used if it's selected still. Hopefully this can just be removed at some later point if Sarami can move this functionality to DIC itself.

As of right now, doing a manual scan ahead of time and then checking if that scan has SmartE in it is the best I think I can do without adding an option to run a full copy protect scan in the Options menu. I think that the manual step would be best. If this doesn't work right, then the Options route is probably what will happen.

This is also not entirely working again because it only affects DIC and not Aaru (not sure if that really matters, though).
