What version are you using?

• Stable release (MPF 2.1)
• WIP release (2.1-664)

Build
What runtime version are you using?

• .NET Framework 4.8 running on (Windows 10)

Describe the issue
The submission information window allows you to type in elements such as label side mastering code, label side mastering SID, and label side toolstamp, but does not actually save those elements / output them into the submissioninfo txt file. These elements are uncommon for DVD-5, DVD-Video, but not impossible.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Dump a disc
2. Enter elements for label side ringcodes.
3. Check submissioninfo txt file, they aren't there.

Expected behavior
I'd expect whatever information is entered into the submission window, to save into the submissioninfo txt file.

Additional Notes:
I've only tested DVD-5, DVD-Video. I'll have to test other systems to see if this occurs for other systems.
