Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not a huge problem, but the DVD-Video Protections output directly as "CSS/CPPM VIDEO_TS.VOB;1 Title Key:" [example]
Whereas redump wants them without the ";1" above

Describe the solution you'd like
If MPF could parse out the ";1" for each protection line, when saving to the submission file, that would allow for easier processing into redump.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not caring about the ;1.

Additional context
It'd be nice if redump would parse this, but....yeah, we all know how that goes.
