[Request] When browsing for output directory, by default open to the user's set default output path #460

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Minor quality of life fix. I have a few different directory branches I organize dumps into, and it would be nice if when I browse to select the output folder for the current dump, the browse window by default opened to the folder I have set as my default output folder. As it is now, I have to manually browse from the MPF root directory to my output folder.

Describe the solution you'd like
Click "Browse" button to select an output folder, and the window opens directly to whatever "Default Output Path" the user has set in "Options."
