Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Quite often so doesn't MPF detect the PS3 media type. If detection is failed, is it possible to look for the file "PS3_DISC.SFB", and/or the folders "PS3_GAME", "PS3_UPDATE" to determine the system/media type as Sony PlayStation 3?

Describe the solution you'd like
If "unable to detect" for system is met, fallback to a file/folder check to try again.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None. Right now I just manually select the PS3 from the list.
