[Request] to truncate PIC for PS3 discs #485

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
MPF fills in the submission info with the full PIC data, which is significantly more than the data used in redump, redump2ird, what 3k3y generates, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
If MPF could truncate the PIC data to the standardized amount used in redump and other sources referenced above, that would make processing submissions a lot easier, as currently we have to modify it manually each time.

Describe alternatives you've considered
dealing with it.
