Add the parsed PIC information to SubmissionInfo in order to better determine BDO from BDU discs. This can then replace the size-based comparisons that are currently used to determine differences. Look for other ways of telling this too, such as fields that may contain the density information.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
