As requested by an absurd number of people, move configuration to a separate XML or JSON file. This comes with some complications due to configuration loading and will wipe out all existing config.

Addendum: This may also allow Check to use UI credentials instead of requiring them to be provided through parameters.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
