Describe the issue
Appveyor artifacts are not being uploaded because the upload size limit has been reached

Potential solution
Only package and upload the .NET 6 builds
Continue to build the .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 7 versions, but don't upload them

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
