MPF should update to DIC 20250101 and add support for /toc and /fulltoc in execution context, as well as any other changes to DIC since MPFs bundled version.

The current release archives for DIC 20250101 are incorrect, in that the Windows version is actually just the Mac archive uploaded a second time. This needs to be fixed before this can be supported.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
