Instead of always having to pass in all of the parameters, create a basic TUI to allow for easier selection and navigation at the start of the dumping process. This does not extend to inputting submission info after a dump.

Determine if this is default behavior if no parameters are supplied or if this is the behavior only if a flag is specified.
