Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

As reported by 2 separate users, if only an output filename is supplied to MPF.CLI, none of the output files will be found. The current workaround is to provide a directory name as part of the path.
Additionally, it seems like the default output directory setting is being ignored as part of this. If only a filename is found, it may be worthwhile to use that value as part of the path. This could be a reasonable fix.
