Describe the issue
When dumping a CD-ROM, the Ringcodes tab lists two Label Side text boxes for Mastering SID.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Dump IBM PC compatible CD-ROM disc
2. Goto Ringcodes tab

Expected behavior
Perhaps duplicate Label Side Mastering SID was intended to be Toolstamp/Mastering Code?
