SS Version field should ideally not exist in redump db, and therefore submissions should not have a "SS Version" field
XGD1 (Xbox) -> Dumped with Kreon or 0800+ss_sector_range -> SSv1
XGD2 (Xbox360) -> Dumped with Kreon or 0800+ss_sector_range -> SSv1
XGD3 (Xbox360) -> Dumped with Kreon -> SSv1 (useless, should not be submitted to redump)
XGD3 (Xbox360) -> Dumped with 0800 without ss_sector_range -> SSv2

Hence there is no need to denote SS version.

As discussed in Discord, this likely won't end up with any changes to RedumpLib. Rather, the main use in MPF will just stop using the field for now since all programs supported by MPF at the moment output SSv1.
