No issues with running on Windows here, except that I get a black background behind the faces when I try to do background upscaling. What steps have you tried to run on Windows? You can create a new conda environment and then follow the steps provided. That's it really. Then execute the script and point it to a directory of images you want to process.

Well, I need some "spoon-feed" on this one... I'm completely out of how to do it...
