Support for a new media image format...

Description

STFS or Microsoft's Secure Transacted File System is an archive like package format used for distribution of digital assets on the Xbox 360 and possibly others.

Context

With the recent closure of the Xbox Marketplace and the possibility of losing access to purchases and other downloaded assets, it is of the utmost importance for the preservation of them, to fully support this file format.
