Hello! DiskImageChef is not reading discs from my MRX-650LE v7 properly. When I run "DiscImageChef.exe dump-media --device F: -w test", it says "Cannot dump blank media" even though the CD is not blank. It does read the same image correctly from Virtual CloneDrive. Also, the log says that the Memorex drive is not a USB device, but it is an external USB drive. I am running Windows 10 and I have included the log file.

I just tested another disc, and this one does work! It looks that it's having problems reading CDs that I've burned, but it seems to handle retail CDs just fine. I should've tested more than one disc the first time I guess :p Is not being able to read burned CDs a known issue?

Is the last session on the CD properly closed? Try opening it in ISOBuster or something like that, it shows if the last session was properly closed or not

@SilasLaspada please execute the following commands:
DiscImageChef.exe media-info -d -w issue79_mi -i W:
and
DiscImageChef.exe device-info -d -w issue79_di -i W:
and
DiscImageChef.exe device-report -d -i W:
in this last one when asked for a media insert the problematic CD-R, and choose no to all vendor command questions.

This will generate LOTS of small files and LOTS of lines of output.
Send all of them please, as it seems there's something in the CD-R that makes it think it is empty while it is not.

P.S.: USB, FireWire and PCMCIA detection is currently not implemented for Windows. Does not matter unless you're going to dump a CompactFlash card (connected to a PCMCIA port), a USB flash drive or a PCMCIA ATA card.

@SilasLaspada perfect, let me a day or two to debug it and I'll publish a binary, sorry for the inconveniences.

Sounds good! And don't worry, it isn't an inconvenience for me at all.

@SilasLaspada great to hear, any other problem you already know what to do. Thanks for debugging, enjoy DiscImageChef!
