Prerequisites

  • Are you running the latest version?
  • Can you reproduce the problem in the debug version?

Check and fill as appropriate:

  • I was running Aaru under Windows 10...
  • ...in 64-bit

Description

When trying to dump an Xbox disc, Aaru says "Dumping Xbox Game Discs requires a drive with Kreon firmware." and stops the dump, even with --force. I think that the video portion of the disc should be dumped when --force is enabled (which follows Aaru's policy of "To allow any user to create the best image (dump) that their hardware allows of the media they have."), but that the warning should still be shown if --force isn't enabled.

Exact command line used:

aaru m dump E: xbox.aaruf --force

Expected behavior:

The "This is an Xbox game disc" video file included on the disc that is readable by the drive to be dumped.

Actual behavior:

Aaru stops the dumping process even though there is readable data on the disc.
