Detailed Description

Add support for extracting data from hidden track 0 found on i-trax audio CDs. Aaru is currently unable to identify any filesystem on that track.

Context

This would allow me and other users to easily access the files hidden on the track, which are extremely hard to get access to due to the way that they're stored.
