Detailed Description

Add support for the NCD image format used by NTI CD-Maker.

Context

Allow users to access another image format using Aaru.

Software used to create the image: https://archive.org/details/nti-cd-maker-6-gold-version-6.7.0.1608-2004-english-oem
Might be the same as the other image, but the hashes are different so I included it just in case. NTI DVD-Maker Gold 7 creates an image with an identical hash as this one.
