Detailed Description

Add a command line option to only dump the written part of a DVD+RW, DVD-RAM, or BD-RE instead of the whole entire disc, which is currently always dumped whether data is written to it or not.

Context

This would help save time in cases where a full dump of the unwritten area of a disc isn't needed, and can drastically reduce the amount of space taken up by the output image if the format doesn't support deduplication.
