Detailed Description

Add an option to ignore ranges of bad sectors when retrying them.

Context

This is most useful on SafeDisc or other protections that use intentional errors. I have a SafeDisc CD with legitimate errors, but Aaru currently retries all 550+ bad sectors at or before the 10000th sector along with the legitimate bad sectors, which makes retying sectors take much, much, much longer than it would with this feature implemented.
