Detailed Description

Separate the number of retries that Aaru runs when trying to read unreadable sectors vs. when trying to read unreadable subchannels.

Context

This can be beneficial in many situations, for example if subchannels for a specific CD take unreasonably long to dump, but additional read passes are need for bad sectors. Another situation would be when there are intentionally unreadable sectors that should not be retried, but a user wants to reread the subchannels as quickly as possible.
