Detailed Description

Unwritten sectors in BD-RE media should return an error status that indicates that the sector is blank. Due to this error representing the fact that there is no data, I think there should be an option to skip retries, as if the error is genuine, there is no hope of reading any data on any additional retries.

Context

This will greatly help speed up BD-RE dumping, especially when disabling retries entirely isn't an option.
