Description
When dumping with a Kreon firmware-flashed drive, firmware revision SB01, the reported media size is reported by the following:
If left to continue, the dump will proceed past the point where the actual media stops, resulting in an invalid dump. This appears to be because of how the size is returned by the Kreon firmware. This was also reported for Redumper (https://github.com/superg/redumper/issues/100)
Exact command line used
aaru.exe media dump --retry-passes 20 E: .\Downloads\_Redumper\SPYRO_ENTER_THE_DRAGONFLY.aarufExpected behavior
I would expect that the actual media size, 767968 sectors, would be reported and used.
Actual behavior
The equivalent value of
(UInt64)-1was used for the size.Output of command execution with debug output enabled
