Add a ConcealedBlocks list to the resume structure recording the audio sectors the drive concealed (C2 error pointers set). The runtime suspect set is seeded from it on resume and kept in sync as sectors are detected and repaired, so a resumed dump remembers concealed sectors and can retry their convergence.
