Correct calculation of tables.

	* DiscImageChef.DiscImages/VDI.cs:
	  Correct IBM reading.

	* DiscImageChef.Filesystems/FAT.cs:
	  Not all FAT16 implementations set media descriptor
	  correctly.

	* DiscImageChef/Commands/Compare.cs:
	  Do not reuse FiltersList, for some reason same filter is
	  being returned already opened.
