Machine code restructure, models are now machines instead and the init functions are in the machine files rather than in machine.c (former model.c), also moved the machine stuff into the machine/ subdirectory.

Finished the ALADDiN-PRO II, implemented the Contaq/Cypress 82C596(A) and 82C597 chipsets, added the ASUS P5A, Gigabyte GA-5AX, PC CHIPS M729, and Green-B, removed the "Virtual PC 2007" device as it turns out it was actually SMBus all along, did some fixes to the ALi SMBUS, fixed start LM75 SMBus address and enabled it by default, and added a ASUS P5A-specific version of the Winbond W83781D hardware monitor.

Implemented mainboard jumper settings for Olivetti M24 machine: - Like on a real M24, onboard video card can be disabled, and other video cards can be installed. - Renamed m_olivetti_m24.c to m_xt_olivetti.c, as it handles all XT-class Olivetti machines. Decoupled Olivetti OGC (640x400 extended CGA) from M24 machine code: - OGC exists both as 16-bit proprietary card and 8-bit ISA card (GO708). - Implemented underlined text handling in 80x25 character mode. - Like Compaq CGA, replaced code portions common to CGA with calls to vid_cga.c.
