Added preliminary Adaptec 154x emulation, needs fixing in the Read 10 command.

Made ATAPI derived from SCSI.
Added proper S/G emulation for SCSI DMA.
Added SCSI CD-ROM emulation, preserving all the former ATAPI commands as well.
