Added the TGUI9660 and fixed a compile bug (technically a 32-bit color bug) in said card and the 9680.

Added I2C/DDC support to the 9660 and 9680 as well as PCI IRQ support. Extended the MMIO base addressing to 4MB for the 9660/9680.
