AMD 53c974 fixes of the day (August 3rd, 2025)

1. Add working 16k AMD bios.
2. When the Message Accepted ESP command is issued, don't clear the Internal State/Read Sequence ESP reg to 0, this fixes the AMD bios devices detection.
