8c6d544d5d IDE/ATAPI port/irq changes for MCA: 
The ADF is a bit misleading, for pos3 and pos4, the right bits are bits 5-4, not 6-5. Fixes IRQ and added the secondary addresses without conflicting with the FDC, now ATAPI drives work fine.
