52b0e54fd7 VDE networking support 
Adds VDE (https://github.com/virtualsquare/vde-2) support to 86Box.
- Adds new networking type
- Modifies networking configuration dialog
- Adds CMake Presets to build and debug under MacOS

7c372ca789 Moved the softfloat-enabled ops back to the cpu directory. 
Made softfloat always enabled, thus dynarec disabled, only for the IBM PS/2 model 70 type 4, in preparation for its comeback to main use.

e5496e2638 Overhauled CD-ROM selection for SCSI and ATAPI, including model and vendor specific commands. 
Fixed the Spock SCSI ID selection.
Fixed CD Audio on NCR 5380-based SCSI controllers.
Added a proprietary CD-ROM controller selection (not hooked up yet).
All on qt only.

ba3de27fe5 Expand window scale factors up to 8× 
5× is just about the highest factor useful for a 3840×2160 (“4K”)
monitor with games running in 320×200 mode.  7680×4320 (“8K”) monitors
are also on the market and the higher scale factors should be useful
for them too.
