SCSI DMA writes (for MODE SELECT) now correctly use InitLength instead of request_length when bus type is SCSI;
Fixed MODE SELECT page saving;
CD Audio volume is now correctly initialized on card initialization for all Sound Blaster variants, fixes CD Audio being muted when booting without the Sound Blaster initialization program;
Brought the Sound Blaster variants back to a sane sound volume but still louder than the old quietness;
Moved SCSI adapter initialization to before sound card initialization, fixes DOS SCSI CD-ROM driver hangs under some conditions.
Attempt to fix sound fluttering in waiting for a better fix from mainline PCem;
Attempt to make the Sound Blaster louder;
Removed excess logging from cdrom_ioctl.c.
I solved OPL3 problem on SB Pro V2, SB16, AWE32.
This was defined 388h-389h only, so plays like OPL2.
OPL3 will plays correctly if this defined 388h-38bh.
The AHA-154x can now also use base addresses 0x130, 0x134, 0x230, 0x234, and IRQ's 14 and 15;
Reworked the SCSI system resource menu handlers in win.c a bit.
Sound Blaster 16 and AWE32 IRQ, base address, and DMA configuration is back;
The Intel Advanced/ATX now requires version 1.00.06 of the BIOS rather than 1.00.05.
Fixed FDI stream parameters passed to the 86F handler, FDI stream images now read correctly again;
The National Semiconductors PC87306 SuperI/O chip now supports enhanced FDC mode.
Fixed the RTL8029AS again (one of my "fixes" broke it);
RTL8029AS PCI register 4 is now written to;
Added incomplete (and currently commented out) emulation of the AWE64 PCI;
Replaced sector-based floppy emulation with more accurate code.
