d3b00ff27b qt: Disable OpenGL 3.0 renderer for macOS. 
Until it's figured out, macOS has dummy implementation to keep it
building.

1dcb712ef7 qt: Remove QFlags from OpenGLOptions. 
Didn't work in ubuntu and was a bad design attempt to mimic win32
