Matt Nadareski	2a5ea06ea5	Overhaul Headerer and bump version ... Headerer now does both deheadering and reheadering. When a file has a header detected, it puts an entry in the database with the header, unheadered sha1, and the rom type. Reheadering tries to find a matching sha1 in the database and then adds it if it's found.	2016-03-30 02:36:23 -07:00
