d393e95f8f Fixed bug in XTA driver. 
Fixed string-loading issue.
Fixes for handling file dialog, filters, etc.
Changed the return value of dlg_file so we can use its RO flag.
Removed the additional _WP statusbar menu items (no longer needed with new RO handling.)

0838cde8c4 More video and sound cleanups. 
Tandy PSSJ sound driver moved into Tandy machine file.
Fixed the dev_branch devices to use the UNSTABLE flag.
Added Unstable Device warning message in device.c.

412d1fdf48 Fixed some bugs and warnings. 
Moved the SIO files to a new sio/ folder.
Added the 'version.h'stuff, added Makefile rule to generate the Manifest file for Windows.
Re-worked the About dialog - it now includes more info.

227f0446ec Updated ROM BIOS handling to use the external loader. 
Several cleanups and fixes here and there.
Updated (Windows) UI to properly handle resets and changes in Settings.
Updated to no longer scan for roms at startup.
