Now uses cuetools-based cue parsing. A more complete job is now
done. Cue files are completely parsed for validity in cdio_is_cuefile. Remove sector 2336 (PSX) hack. It's now gotta be in the cue file. Get a c(l)ue. If you don't have one, we're no longer going to try to fake one up (which we did poorly anyway.)
