stat_size -> get_disc_last_lsn. Now returns lsn_t and CDIO_INVALID_LSN

on error.

Add MMC version of get_disc_last_lsn.

More regularization of driver_return_code_t and get_disc_last_lsn

There's probably some small driver breakage which will be fixed soon.
