Natalia Portillo d8c50a8ddc Add video management for GPUs
- Implemented GpuVideos.razor and GpuVideos.razor.cs for managing GPU videos.
- Added functionality to link, update, and delete videos associated with GPUs.
- Integrated video display in the GPU view page.
- Enhanced GpusService with methods for video operations.
- Updated localization files for new video management features in multiple languages.
