- Implemented NotificationService to manage notifications, including fetching unread counts and marking notifications as read. - Created ProfileService method to retrieve user reviews. - Added ReviewReportService for handling review reports, including fetching and resolving reports. - Introduced localization resources for notifications, profile, and review reports. - Updated SoftwareService to include user ratings and reviews management. - Enhanced AdminNavMenu to include links for notifications and review reports. - Added HalfStarRating component for user ratings. - Integrated notification count display in MainLayout with periodic updates.
