792151c574 - add version and vendor classes 
- much improved application class (same model as the other new classes I made)
- modified category class
- modified some files to use the new classes and methods
- deletes linked elements on cascade

3ebdbc9af5 - no more appId in appData as appVersion implies an appId*

da42397711 - drop version specific keywords 
- drop version specific url
- let user add links for versions (installation, support, whatever)
- use application description and version description to display version description
- don't provide a link in the cat_path to go in the same page we already are

d9826427da This patch make email address the user's username as requested in the TODO. 
query_users.php is modified even if we will drop it in the future to be sure it works everywhere.

910d3b2914 Don't check is_maintainer() for false if you're already are 
is_supermaintainer. is_maintainer will always return true in that
case. Makes the super maintainer removal button in version view
correct again

27af6a8f7e No one really needs to know what the values of these two internal columns are 
so remove them from the display.  Fix coloring so we alternate background
shades on the appId page.
