25edd78c73 Layout improvements. Change default inner padding for html_frame_start() from 5 to 0, this 
lets us eliminate the white spacing between frames and their contents. Add in a
div.default_container class that has a 5px padding to replace the now not present default
spacing.

fda353c433 Update the generic help page, by removing references to the wine config file 
and adding some new tips. Remove references to winecheck, this was removed from wine some years ago and
remove specific 'where to get help' documentation and instead forward users to the Winehq 'getting help'
page so there is one location for this information.

854df987c6 Clean up includes. Make 'path.php' and 'incl.php' required includes. Switch to using 
require_once() for including files in /include so we can have include/*.php files include
their own dependencies rather than figuring out that to include A.php we need to include B.php

6922c0cea2 - improve the sidebar links to the help system (only one link instead of two) 
- remove the help about user rating as it doesn't exist anymore
- improve exisiting help documentation and FAQs (remove out of date
informations, dead link, etc.)
- add new help page for maintainers with details on how to maintain an application

61c5ebcb39 Expand the answer to 'What is the Application Database?' by enumerating each aspect. Use the Visual FoxPro entry as an example. Also mention voting. 
Change wording of the answer to 'What are the benefits of this Application Database?'. Also mention the tricks to get an application working as a benefit to Wine users.
